My Story

I'm Stefanie and I am a multi-passionate artist currently based out of Toronto. I am an actor, photographer, designer, and self proclaimed amateur chef!

I started my journey in photography mainly out of necessity and curiosity. In 2013 I started my own Brand, Miyuki Crochet *now by miyuki. Where I make and design handmade crochet garments.

This is where my entrepreneurial journey began.

I did all the things: designing, production, marketing, website building and you guessed it - Photography!

I have always been passionate about photography. Since I can remember I loved taking photos of moments and friends.

In 2019 I opened my studio space first studio space Espaces Ouvert. Where I took mostly portraits and rented out the space to other artists.

Flash forward a couple of years and add a global pandemic and my focus has definitely grown to include lifestyles, product, and food!

I've always loved a good challenge and I keep myself sharp by constantly learning as much as I can. I get inspired by art, music, everyday life, cooking, and movies. I believe creativity flows and the best ideas are made when artists collaborate together.

My creative process is time to think, then planning, and then execution. Good things are never done too quickly or slowly.
