Located in the heart of Brockton Village, Espace Studio is a 200 sq/foot studio space. Dreamy all white brick walls with white wood floors.
Mid century touches with natural wood. West facing large windows.
Come by and make your vision happen in our space.
Booking hourly 1 hour, 2 hours, 3 hours. For additional hours please contact. 7 days a week. Open on Weekends!
Is it a private studio?
Yes, you will have full access to the space.
No unnecessary roaming of the building.
Is there parking?
There is street parking in the area.
How do you prices work?
Spring Pricing:
35$ + hst/hour

*currently prices include complimentary beverages, backdrops, and cleaning fee.
How Can I Pay?
You can pay with credit card or e-transfer.
Directly on the square appointment app or via your invoice.
What's included?
-4 Foot backdrops in: white, mocha, chestnut and coral.
- 2 light boxes
-1 Nespresso machine with pods.
-Steamer
-Clothing rack

-Cups/glasses
- White plinth (4 foot)
-Stools ( 2x white, 3 wood ones)
NO SHOES ON THE BACKDROPS.

Other FAQS
-The studio is West Facing . Yes to Golden hour!
-There is a large window at the front of the studio. It is Canada so sometimes earlier on in the day it can be darker. Please prepare yourself/kit for this.
-There are linen curtains for more privacy or darkness.
-There are no elevators leading to the space. But it is located on the 2nd floor.
-There are curtains in the back of the studio that can be used as a changing area.
-No Washrooms access. There is a Tim Hortons right beside.
-There are some valuable Mid Century pieces in the studio- No oil, creams, or anything that could damage them should be worn while using these pieces. If things are broken you will be invoiced and charged. We monitor the studio and will know if anything has occurred, please let us know either way, accidents do happen! :)
-There is a ceiling fan and window for air circulation.
-No Shoes on the backdrops
